1. Planning
    We will work with you to map out your floors plans so all of your ideas and vision is clear to what the finish out come will look like, than we will perpare and discuss your alterations with a License architect to finalize floor plans base on Department of Building Code.
  2. Architecture
    It is important for the architect to know and understand your vision and to have it on paper, (floor layout). Your floors plans should include rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, closets, windows, doors, stairs front and back door, this will help the drawing process faster and architect life easier to know exactly what you want.
  3. Construction
    Project Control Process: The project control process tracks and manages the scope, cost, and schedule of a construction project. The goals of this process are to establish a baseline, track performance against the baseline, forecast performance at completion and compare to the baseline, and identify changes and monitor the effects to the baseline.
  4. Close out
    This final phases ties up any loose ends. The team formally completes any remaining contractual obligations to finish the project. We will create a project punch list of any tasks that didn’t get accomplished and may conduct a post-project review, document lessons learned, archive project documents, or prepare a project completion report.
